MEDIA Information and Publicity Minister Webster Shamu has sent a condolence message to the Moyo family following the death of ZBC Current Affairs and Research manager Freedom Moyo. Moyo (37) died on Tuesday morning after succumbing to injuries sustained in a car accident on Saturday.

Minister Shamu said the media lost a seasoned, energetic and hardworking practitioner.

"The entire journalism fraternity has lost a seasoned media practitioner who upheld objectivity, fairness and factuality," he said.

"We hope and pray that God will give his four children, the entire Moyo family, ZBC and the entire journalism fraternity the strength to bear with this huge loss," he said.

Burial is set for today in Esigodini.
